Our RatMats come in two eco-friendly, nontoxic, SGS-certified varieties: the RAT MAT PRO line is made of 100% TPE Thermo Plastic Elastomer material, so they're durable, recyclable, and photodegradable. Thick, grippy, and lightweight, RatMat Pro mats are closed-cell in construction so they won't absorb moisture during practice. Each RatMat Pro is two toned, some styles featuring printed designs on their top sides. || Our RAT MAT CLASSIC mats are made from a clean PVC foam material without the use of toxic plasticizers or phthalates. Other mats of similar material construction have been called PER mats, Non-P mats, and Clean PVC mats. The printing ink used to give our mats their distinct styles is also nontoxic. All our mats are manufactured in Taiwan, where the highest-quality, most environmentally conscious factories producing yoga mats are located.
