Works well for Bikram yoga July 28, 2010

This mat works well for my Bikram hot yoga practice at home. I use it over low-pile carpeting, and it keeps me from slipping in postures like triangle, even while sweating a lot. I cover it with a towel (Hot Yoga Mat Towel 2 Pack for Bikram Ashtanga Iyengar) only for the floor postures. I'm very pleased with its performance, and the price is terrific compared to other yoga mats.

I purchased this mat a little over a month ago and I've been extremely satisfied.
I use it every morning on an outside wooden deck. It provides plenty of cushion and, so far, seems very durable.

Finally, I have found the perfect Yoga mat. This mat is an incredible bargain, providing the same level of support and cushioning as mats that cost five times as much.

I was looking around the internet for a gift to my yoga students and I came across this promotional deal for Mivizu yoga mats. After purchasing it, I regret NOT buying one for myself because these were comparably as nice as these $50 (Won't give away any names) that I bought for myself! I would highly recommend these mats to any one. Buy them before the promotion ends. I'm going to buy another one right after I leave this review~
